Dora The Explorer
All kids tend to have one thing they obsess about. Teddy bears, cartoon charaters, cats, dolls, whatever it is - kids tend to have atleast one favorite something.
My daughter is obsessed with Dora. She could watch her cartoons everyday. If I put in Dora at nap time, she will usually go to sleep to Dora. She has 2 Dora dolls she loves. She has one Dora pillow that is just basically a big Dora doll that she sleeps with.
Dora is big in our household.
I’ve seen the Dora video we own so many times, that even I like Dora. Dora’s Egg Hunt.
Their is only so many times I can stand watching a video on repeat, though. I figured that when Aubree learned every word in the whole video, it’s time for a new Dora.
That’s just what we did. Granny bought her a new Dora video. The image on this post is actually an image I found online that comes from the new video we got her. Dora The Explorer, Around The World. Dora brings friendship bracelets to her friends around the world.
I have to admit, it was weird watching Swiper [Swiper no swiping! Swiper no swiping! Swiper no swiping! Aww man.] help Dora bring the kids the friendship bracelets.
Aubree has already started to memorize the new Dora, even though she’s only seen it twice. If she starts quoting the WHOLE thing… we might have to buy another one.
