I am very excited to say that I have received my digicam. I got it yesterday. After talking about it so long, I posted this picture at 100 words and now here. I just had to show everyone how Aubree is riding her bike now, she doesn’t need help figuring it out anymore. She cruises along on her own. It’s great.
I am very thrilled with the quality of the photo’s as well. They come out crystal clear and my new camera was extremely easy to figure out. I’ve been having fun with it. I’ve even started a photoblog where I can shamelessly share the pictures I take just because. It’s a neat site and now I have a reason to finally have a photo blog!
I’m also ordering a memory card off of amazon that will work with my camera so I can take more than 10 pictures. I’m a bit disappointed, though. I had upped the shipping to a faster one, and they’re still not shipping it out until the 31st. If I’d known that, I would have went with the cheaper option. I thought that by paying the extra for shipping it’d get shipped out on Monday.
I’ve got good news, I’ll be starting my new estore next weekend. So keep your eyes out for an update on that.

If you’re in school, like many people you might find yourself in need of some help once in a while on your school work. When I was in school I had problems with my science classes. Basically I was failing. But I was lucky enough to have my science teacher as my tutor once a week.
It is very important to have access to a tutor when you’re in need of homework help for whatever reason it may be. It doesn’t matter if you need help with math homework, like algebra for example. All that matters is getting the tutoring help you need.
Did you know that you could find the assistance you need online? That’s right, their are online tutoring sites that can assist you if you find yourself in need of a tutor. Tutorvista.com has been recently featured on NBC’s Today show. So if you’re interested, this place might be just what you’re looking for.

I have good news, I ordered a digital camera through Amazon. It was a good deal too! I paid $59 plus $5.99 S&H. I really liked all the page had to say about the camera [click on the photo to see the amazon page where I bought it. It's not $59 anymore, though.].
With this new camera, I am hoping to use it to take photos of Aubree while she’s out doing her thing. I could use some good photos of her riding her Dora bike. I also wanted a good camera that would take good pictures of items I would like to sale. Unfortunately my current digicam doesn’t do that very well. It has no flash, and the images are low quality. So it’s hard for me to get anything usable on it. At least with this camera it won’t take as many tries.
As soon as I get this new camera, it probably won’t arrive until next week, I plan to go picture happy. So watch out. You might have to see what my life is like, rather than just hearing about it.
I will be back this weekend to write some more, if not sooner. As my favorite shirt says, “Is it friday yet?”

Over the past week I’ve gotten a few things done, and a few things closer to done.
Weight Loss
I have lost another 4 lbs to make my weight loss total 25 lbs so far. I was a little disappointed at how low that number was. I am thankful for any weight loss I have. I will just have to work harder to lose a larger number over this next week.
Shopping
On Friday we went shopping and I picked up 2 new pattern books for knitting. One book had a pattern for socks and it’s something I’m very interested in learning how to make. The other had some fun patterns that can be used with fuzzy yarn. Neat looking pillows and more.
My mom went into Fashion Bug to pick up some pants and came out with some shirts for me as an xmas gift. She gave me 6 new shirts. 4 of them have sayings on them. One says Wild in fake gems, another has Angelic on the front with a monkey wearing wings, then their’s “Is it Friday yet?” and has a monkey checking his watch, the last one with a saying says “Shut Up, I’m not listening.” The other two shirts have butterflies on them designed out of fake gems. My favorite of all the shirts would have to be the 3 that had the monkey on it. They’re really neat.
Knitting And Cross Stitching
I’ve taken a break from knitting this weekend. I had some letters to write, but I also wanted to work some more on some of my other crafts.
I’ve worked some more on the cross stitch I am doing for my penpal that just had a little boy. I think it’s going well. It’s cute. I just hope she’ll like it. All I have left is to cross stitch on the giraffe and the blue sky.
I hope the rest of the weekend goes well for everyone. Take care!

I decided to take this chance to do a few more updates to my blog. First of which was adding a disclosure policy.
On Ask Angel I had no choice but to stop putting the disclosure at the bottom of each sponsored post I did. It was the rules of the people that paid me for doing those ads. So in turn I made a blog wide disclosure policy there. It seems to be pretty effective and I wanted to do something similar here as well since I do sponsored posts here every so often too.
If you’re interested in reading my disclosure policy for this blog, you can find the link on the right sidebar or you can click here.
In the process I’ve finally taken the leap to google ads on this blog. They’ve done well on Ask Angel, and I hope I can do as well with them here. I don’t like too many ads on blogs, but I figured that a google ad banner at the top of the front page and a skyscraper ad at the bottom of the right sidebar. I also recently signed up with site called “shopper ads” and they show ads for different products and such. I put that below my “auction ads” ad spot.
So I’ve had a busy night getting all that set up and my new disclosure policy. Next I’ll be writing a new update post. I just wanted to do this blog update separately.

I’d been toiling over the idea for a little while now, and considering how much I love blogging and the way I use advertising it shouldn’t surprise you that I’m hoping to start an estore.
I’m a big believer in doing things that you enjoy while doing what you need to do at the same time. I find it hard to believe that we’re supposed to be alive just to be miserable doing our jobs and finding no time to enjoy life.
So, anyway. I’ve found a place to start my store at. I will not be announcing the link yet but I would like to mention that I plan to call it, “Angel’s Crafted Creations”. I wanted to use a name for my estore that wasn’t being currently listed in google on the front page. And I wanted to make sure it seemed obvious that the items were being made by me. Not store bought.
So that gets to the other part of the store. I am hoping to make plenty of great knitted items to sell as well as hemp jewelry and any other crafts I can think of that’d make great additions to my store. If I had some part in getting it put together, made, etc, I am hoping it’ll be something I can add in my store as an item for sale.
I absolutely love crafts and I love learning new things. I am hoping that I will be able to join the ranks of other WAHM’s that live each day enjoying what they do and proving to everyone it is possible.

It is late, actually it’s 20 minutes away from 3am. I don’t like staying up this late but I wanted to get the new layout finished and set up the way I wanted it. Or at least it is for the moment. I have a few things to change when I have more time, but it’s basically as I want it to be.
I really hope everyone enjoys the new layout I’ve got going, I know I do. Although search is spelled wrong… it’s still a nice layout.
If I have enough time tomorrow I’m going to blog about all my craft things and give everyone an update. I’ve been working on them daily. So until later… Have a great early morning.

One thing I’ve noticed since I’ve started going a mile a night is that it is getting harder and harder to do.
I walk for around 25 minutes a night at 2.5mph on the treadmill. I quit at a mile because by that point I am sweating buckets, and dying to sit down for a little bit.
When I had started exercising a while back, I thought walking nightly would get easier as time went on so I could speed up the treadmill and get a faster, more effective workout.
If anyone here has a workout routine, would you mind telling me what you do?

I had to do some rearranging on the inside of my blogs and I somehow managed to lock myself out of the admin area. Don’t ask me how, I don’t know. I ended up having to delete the files in the MySQL database and starting from scratch, thankfully I was able to keep my posts table in tact so I didn’t lose all my old posts.
In short, I had lost access and now I have access again but because of that I lost my categories and other things. Everything I have as previous posts are now uncategorized unfortunately. I’ll go back some and try to fix that, but in general their isn’t much I can do about it. I have over 200 posts on this blog. I’m sorry.
I am back and going again here and I look forward to updating again soon.

I have some more good news! I’ve lost another 7lbs this week to total 21lbs lost. I am very excited about that and I hope I continue to lose weight like this. In no time I’ll have all that extra weight I’d put on back off and then I can work on getting down to a healthy weight.
In the craft part of my life, I’ve invested in a book that has simple knitting projects and I’m working on a blanket for myself. I am very excited about it and so far so good. I’ve been enjoying working on it.
I’ve also invested in a cross stitch. It’s of a giraffe. I bought it so I can send it to my penpal that just recently had a little boy. I figured that I could make it and stitch her son’s name in it as a gift. If you’re into crafts, do you think that’d make a nice gift? Would you like to receive something special like that from someone as a gift?
I got paid this week and I bought Aubree a present for xmas. I figured I’d get something now since I could afford it at that moment. I bought her a Dora dress up doll. They even sell different outfits that can be put on her. The only problem is that I have a hard time holding onto gifts. I ended up giving it to her a couple days later and she absolutely loves the doll. She dresses her up in the outfit that came with her and has to take her in the car with us when we leave. I’m glad she really likes the doll that much.
And that’s about it for the past week. Oh, I almost forgot. I had my planned parenthood appointment that didn’t go so well, and my doctor appointment that went better.
Let me explain. My blood pressure seems to vary depending on who takes it. The health department says my bp is too high, while the doctors office says my blood pressure numbers are normal. I was 140/80 at the health department and it was 126/86 at the doctors office the next day. I got a doctors note stating that I am okay for my birth control I’m on.
Now I’ve gotta get going. I have a lot to do tonight and not much time. I hope everyone has a good weekend!
